Passion for teaching is not enough to meet the needs of all students in my classroom, that is why I consider necessary ongoing professional development and self Reflecting on my instructional practices.

I am fortunate to have mentoring for three more years, but here is my evaluation from my Mentor Teacher for the 2017-2018 school year. Part of my Woodrow Wilson Teaching Fellowship I obtained a grant that I used for buying chromebooks for my students in order to help to integrate technology in the classroom and bring awareness of aquaponics, an easy way to combine esthetic fish tanks with growing indoor ornamental or edible plants.
